Julian Consumer Counseling Service is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization that has been serving primarily the Tampa Bay Community since 1997. As a Non-Profit Agency, our duty is to help our community in the area which we are dedicated; primarily helping persons who are besieged with debts and financial difficulties. There is no fee or costs to consult with our counselors. Any donations that we receive from our community members, like any charity, are voluntary.
